Our story:

Unveiled Dance was founded in September 2004 in Ann Arbor, MI by Crystal Dunlap. It has grown from a once a week class into a full dance studio with its own format, teachers, and professional dance company. Unveiled Dance Company is well-versed in a wide range of bellydance styles, from cabaret to tribal fusion. It is known for its full-length theater production "Elemental", which showcased Unveiled's unique ability to embrace different styles of dance and bring them together into one fluid production. Since then, Unveiled Dance Company has continued exploring the dance, growing stronger in technique and style. The company performs at a wide variety of events, from theater shows to street festivals to private functions.

All teachers at Unveiled Dance Studio have completed intense studies with Crystal and teach the Unveiled Method. The Unveiled Method of belly dance was designed to train dancers to have a strong foundation in technique, proper posture, body alignment, and conditioning.
